Macro Mike Pancake Mix, Almond Protein is a dry pancake mix made with tapioca and rice flours, almond protein and rice protein, sweetened with coconut nectar and a little stevia. Just add plant milk for a stack of pancakes in 10 to 15 minutes.

- Four serves per bag; each serve makes three to four pancakes about 10cm across

How to use it
Mix with plant milk, rest the batter for a few minutes, then cook. Follow the directions on the pack.
