Luvin Life Sage Smudge Stick, Medium is a bundle of organic Californian white sage (Salvia apiana) for traditional smudging. At about 22cm it gives a longer burn, suited to larger spaces and longer rituals.

How to use it
Light the tip and let it burn for 5 to 10 seconds, then gently blow out the flame so it smoulders. Wave the stick around your space. To put it out, rest it in sand or a small dish of water. Store in a dry place.
Warnings
Smudge only under adult supervision. Keep away from flammable surfaces and materials, and make sure embers are fully out before leaving it unattended.
