Description & Use:
Rose Water is a clear liquid delicately scented by the infusion of rose petals. It is used mainly in Middle Eastern cooking, where it flavours such well known treats as Turkish delight. In Indian recipes Rose Water flavours desserts, and Moroccan Tagines are given a subtle fragrance by the inclusion of Rose Water.
